Raspberry clan


  • 40 ml Clan Campbell The Noble
  • 20 ml heather honey syrup (TO BE PREPARED IN ADVANCE IF HOMEMADE) or 1 tbsp of heather honey
  • 10 ml crème de framboise (can be substitute with raspberry liqueur or raspberry syrup but reduce to 5 ml)

For 500 ml of Homemade honey syrup

  • 30 g dried heather flowers
  • 100 g acacia honey (alternative honey can be used)
  • 150 g cane sugar
  • 10 g citric acid
  • 450 ml water
  1. Pour Clan Campbell The Noble 
  2. Add heather honey syrup 
  3. Stir lightly
  4. Add raspberry liqueur
  5. Garnish with raspberries

For Homemade honey syrup: to be prepared 24 hours in advance

  1. Add all ingredients to a large sous vide bag.
  2. Seal and sous vide @ 57• Celsius for 1.5 hours.
  3. Leave to cool. Once cooled leave to infuse in the fridge for 24 hours.
  4. Strain liquid and add to a container, keep chilled and use accordingly.
